Cultivated over 30 years of practice and study, my offerings are held in the philosophies of Ayurveda, yoga, and somatic practices. In holding space, I offer practices using meditation, movement, and Ayurvedic principles to help guide the empowered journey within. I help guide others through transformative practices. By honoring our nervous systems and weaving mindful rituals into our daily lives, we can awaken a profound sense of presence and seasonal balance.

Transitioning from traditional studio environments to creating a virtual collaborative community. This space allows for deep, individual exploration while fostering a community bound by the shared pursuit of restoring and renewal. Through years of dedicated practice of yoga, meditation, and restorative rituals, I discovered that true well-being is not about perfection, but about resonance and regular rhythms that ground the spirit.
